Our specialty is "difficult to machine" materials such as, titanium, hastalloy, copper, brass, kovar, inconel, carbide, etc. We occupy two climate controlled facilities, totaling 14,000 sq. ft., in the City of Brea, CA. Located just off the 57 freeway, between the 60 and 91 freeways in Orange County. 

Mastercam 2020 is used for all engineering, tooling design, electrode design, and machine tool path generation.  DXF, IGES, and Stp, files are the most commonly used at ABLE WIRE EDM. However, most CAD files are acceptable.

Being AS9100 Rev. D/ ISO9001:2015 Certified, and ITAR Registered, we are an approved EDM source for many of the major Medical, Aerospace, and Defense companies such as Boeing, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy E.O.D., Aerojet-Rocketdyne, Eaton, L3, Medtronic, Ormco, Snap-On, and many others.
